Take the SALC Survey

The survey is currently in Round 1 of large-scale pilot testing.

Eligible participants are 18 or older with experience in a Christian church or organization. This experience must include direct interaction with a leader or group of leaders in the organization. 

In other words, you have seen and experienced the behaviors  for yourself.

You DO NOT need to have experienced toxic or abusive leadership to take the survey. Data from those with positive experiences is just as important for validating the survey.
